Refunds will be considered if a client experiences dissatisfaction with our services or if the services fail to meet the agreed-upon objectives. Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clients must submit a refund request in writing to support@envoxmedia.com within 4 days from the completion of the service. The request should include specific details outlining the reasons for seeking a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upon receiving a refund request, Envox Media will conduct a thorough evaluation to determine its validity. Additional information or clarification may be requested during this process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a refund is approved, Envox Media will initiate the refund within 5 days using the original payment method. Any transaction fees incurred during the initial payment may be deducted from the refund amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
